enry Group Real Estate has secured a new lease at The Mercello, a renovated building in Denver's trendy River North (RiNo) district. Tox-River North, a wellness franchise, will occupy 1,628 square feet of space at 3161 Walnut Street. This deal follows the August 2024 signing of JetSet Pilates and leaves only one remaining restaurant/retail space available.
