This move underscores the company's commitment to delivering tailored solutions for complex and distressed assets.
With over 35 years of combined experience in multifamily and student housing operations, April and Brittany bring a wealth of expertise to Hilco Real Estate. Their extensive backgrounds in receivership, asset resolution, brokerage, and third-party management will significantly enhance the firm's capabilities.
April Priebe boasts two decades of real estate experience, with a proven track record of turning around over 250 properties across 30+ states. Her leadership skills have been instrumental in expanding student housing portfolios, bringing market-rate and affordable housing assets to market-ready conditions, and overseeing $45 million in capital improvements.
Brittany Herringshaw has nearly 15 years of experience, primarily focused on multifamily and student housing. She is renowned for her strategic insight into distressed assets, having directed successful property transitions and REO transactions across various markets and product types. Her expertise includes managing large-scale teams, overseeing $35 million in capital expenditures, and stabilizing portfolios totaling over 10,000 units.
