S
tan Kroenke and Wilson Meany, owners of Hollywood Park and SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, have secured four new retail tenants for the 300-acre complex. The leases include Martin's Cocina y Cantina, a Mexican restaurant taking up 3,600 square feet; The Meeting Spot bar with 2,800 square feet; Phenix Salon Suites hair salon occupying 15,600 square feet; and CineVita, an immersive movie soundtrack experience that will temporarily reside in a "spiegeltent" from December to April. Terms of the leases were not disclosed.

The businesses are set to open in early spring, joining existing tenants such as Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas and Residency Art Gallery, which debuted last year. When complete, Hollywood Park will feature 890,000 square feet of offices, shops, and restaurants, along with a $5 billion SoFi Stadium and 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. The development will also include up to 2,500 homes, parks, and a lake.

CineVita aims to recreate the "golden age of cinema" through live events produced by For The Record. The immersive experience will take place in a 15,000-square-foot tent. Kennedy Wilson Brokerage served as leasing agent for the new tenants.
