omeServices of America continues to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of Jimmy Burgess as chief coaching officer, a new role at the brokerage firm. In this position, Burgess will oversee agent and leadership coaching across the HomeServices ecosystem, providing strategic initiatives that support performance, productivity, and personal growth.

    According to Chris Kelly, president and CEO of HomeServices of America, "Coaching is no longer a luxury, but a necessity in today's market." Kelly sees Burgess' appointment as a key investment in people, performance, and long-term growth. Burgess brings extensive coaching experience, having worked with thousands of agents and authored several training resources.

    Burgess will also serve as president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida.
