HPI Real Estate breaks ground on 396‑unit multifamily Phase I in NW Fort Worth; future 829‑unit, 55‑acre development.

rendering shows Phase I of HPI’s Bonds Ranch project in northwest Fort Worth. Phase II, approved, will add 240 apartments and 193 townhomes/cottages. HPI Real Estate Services & Investments has started a 396‑unit Phase I on a 55‑acre site at Bonds Ranch and Blue Mound. The total development will have 829 units in 1‑, 2‑, and 3‑bedroom layouts. Arch‑Con Corp. designs; Blackland Partners is the general contractor. First units should be ready early 2027.
