    Tarver Family Properties purchased 3191 E Barber Valley Drive in Boise. Jen McEntee, Bree Wells, and Braydon Torres of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, while Peter Oliver of TOK Commercial represented the buyer.

    Raising Cane's leased almost an acre at 4310 Yellowstone Avenue in Chubbuck. Andrea Nilson, LeAnn Hume, and Julie Kissler of Summit Commercial Real Estate Group represented the tenant, while Jace Bankhead with Legend Partners represented the landlord.
