    A prominent team from Prime Real Estate has made the move to eXp Realty, bringing 21 agents and a strong sales record with them. Led by Robert and Angelica Yost, the Central Valley-based team had previously been affiliated with Side for seven years before seeking a platform that would allow them to grow and offer more value to their agents. eXp Realty's unique structure and collaborative culture aligned perfectly with their goals.

    The addition of Prime Real Estate to eXp Realty has bolstered the cloud-based brokerage's network, while also bringing in significant sales numbers - over 211 units closed in 2023, generating $126 million in sales.

    Meanwhile, The Real Brokerage has surpassed 22,000 agents in the US and Canada with the addition of Grant Johnson Group, a 55-agent team from Minneapolis-St. Paul. With a focus on online lead generation, the group attributes over 70% of its business to this method and has completed over 1,000 home sales worth nearly $370 million since 2021.

    In other news, The Agency has expanded into Florida with the launch of its fourth office in Orlando, led by managing partner Brian Hyser.     Coldwell Banker Realty has also made an expansion move, affiliating with Daniel Aubry Realty, an independent firm based in Dutchess County's Beacon.
