The firm offers guidance on organizational development, brand strategy, market‑share expansion, product launches, brokerage tactics and regulatory matters. Cofano, ex‑CEO of Collabra and long‑time industry executive, and Kulkarni, former CMO of Bright MLS and Nestfully, bring decades of experience in technology, MLS, marketing and law. They aim to replace “recycled playbooks” with disciplined, real‑world solutions for leaders confronting lawsuits, consolidation, tech surges and shifting consumer expectations. “Alloy Advisors brings clarity when stakes are high,” Cofano said. “We’ve made high‑stakes decisions ourselves and know what works.” Kulkarni added, “Leaders need trusted advisors who understand today’s pressures and deliver strategies that actually work.”
