    Corcoran Sawyer Smith adds 250+ agents via Liberty Realty

    Corcoran Group affiliate Corcoran Sawyer Smith has acquired Liberty Realty, a New Jersey firm founded in 1995 that has built a reputation on relationships, trust, and local expertise. The deal brings Liberty’s 250+ agents into Corcoran’s network, pushing the affiliate’s total to over 500 agents. Liberty’s co‑founder, Joseph Covello, said the partnership will preserve the firm’s family‑oriented culture while expanding resources for clients and agents alike. Corcoran’s founder, Sawyer Smith, described Liberty’s team as “highly knowledgeable and dedicated,” and expressed confidence that the combined strengths will set a new standard for service in the region.

    The Agency opens offices in Santa Fe and Waco

The duo brings 12 team members and $175 million in luxury inventory to the Phoenix‑based firm, aiming to broaden global reach and redefine luxury representation in the state. In Utah, Christie’s Park City affiliate is rebranding as VUE Christie’s International Real Estate and expanding into Salt Lake City. The new brand will add 30 agents in 2026, following a successful run of 80 agents who closed $1.5 billion in sales. President Gavin Swartzman praised the team’s culture of camaraderie, integrity, and peak performance.

    REMAX Results enters Florida

    REMAX Results, headquartered in Hendersonville, North Carolina, has expanded into Florida by acquiring REMAX Unlimited.
