anover Inc, a commercial real estate professional services firm, has partnered with one of the nation's top 20 publicly traded companies in its field to integrate AI tools into their operations.
The partnership aims to revolutionize client engagement and communication by setting a new standard for efficiency and service in commercial real estate. Janover will license its highly customized conversational artificial intelligence as part of this agreement, marking a shift towards subscription revenue.
"We're building technology that complements existing teams and functions," said Gustavo Lemos, Senior Product Manager at Janover. "Our focus is on enhancing the experience and reducing friction across every touchpoint."
The AI tools will be rolled out in phases, with Janover working closely with interested parties to deliver maximum value. The financial terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
Janover's stock closed 3.77% lower at $0.5100 on Friday.
