Ledyard house sold for $675,000 as the most expensive residential real estate sale in Cayuga County over the past week. Nine sales were recorded, with an average price of $173,722 and a price per square foot of $116.

    The top five sales are:

    9. $34K, single-family residence at 10720 Duck Lake Road: A 576-square-foot home built in 2002 sold for $33,500 ($58/sqft).

    8. $45K, single-family house at 36 Jefferson Street: A 1,385-square-foot detached house built in 1900 sold for $45,000 ($32/sqft).

    7. $55K, single-family home at 8 Easterly Ave.: The property, a 1,230 sqft home built in 1895, sold for $55,000 ($45/sqft).

    6. $80K, single-family house at 130 Curtis Place: A 1,580 sqft home built in 1930 sold for $80,000 ($51/sqft).
