    The top five sales are:

    6. $80K, single-family house at 130 Curtis Place: A 1,580 sqft home built in 1930 sold for $80,000 ($51/sqft).

    5. $150K, single-family residence at 9711 Bonta Bridge Road: The sale of the 1,856 sqft home built in 1820 was finalized for $150,000 ($81/sqft), although it occurred on May 30.
