eff Reilly has been named chief executive officer of Universal Window and Door, a Massachusetts‑based firm that produces custom aluminum replica windows for historic structures. Reilly arrives with more than twenty years of executive leadership in manufacturing, consumer goods and advisory services, and is recognized for steering strategic growth, innovation and operational excellence. His appointment comes as the company continues to build on its momentum.
Before joining Universal, Reilly led Green Mountain Fire as CEO, a sustainable producer that transforms wood waste into efficient home‑heating systems, and he remains on its board. Earlier, he served as COO of RogersGray (now part of The Baldwin Group) and as president of Symmons Industries, where he expanded global sales for the $100 million plumbing‑products maker. His career also includes senior roles at Procter & Gamble, managing the profit and loss of Oral‑B’s largest business unit.
Universal Window and Door has earned a reputation in historic preservation, supplying award‑winning aluminum replica windows for hundreds of National Register of Historic Places projects. All products are manufactured in Massachusetts and meet National Park Service standards.
Reilly said, “I’m thrilled to join Universal and build on the progress already achieved. We proudly produce 100 % of our windows in Massachusetts, and we will deepen our local roots while expanding our market presence.” As CEO, he will focus on growth, sharpening sales and marketing strategies to drive the next phase of the company’s expansion.
