onday Properties is proud to announce that Executive Vice President of Operations Jennifer Burns has received two prestigious real estate industry recognitions: Bisnow's DMV Women Leading Real Estate and Connect CRE's 2024 Women in Real Estate. These awards acknowledge Burns' significant impact on the sector, her effective business strategies, and outstanding leadership at Monday Properties.
Burns will be honored alongside other exceptional women in commercial real estate who are transforming the industry with their dedication, expertise, and leadership. Bisnow will celebrate its DMV Women Leading Real Estate honorees at an event in Washington, DC on November 14th. Connect CRE announced Burns as a winner for the Washington, DC region, chosen from among over 400 submissions across the country.

Burns oversees Monday Properties' vast office portfolio, managing five million square feet of space. Her innovative approach has earned her various industry accolades, including championing wellness initiatives and delivering premium amenities that set new standards in the commercial real estate sector.

In the past 18 months, Burns has been instrumental in negotiating nearly 60 leases, totaling 450,000 square feet of office space in the greater Washington region. She has also overseen $20 million worth of capital improvements across multiple Class-A office assets.
