iami Heat star Jimmy Butler is renting an 8,500-square-foot waterfront mansion on Hibiscus Island for over $70,000 a month. The six-time NBA All-Star has temporarily moved into the five-bedroom estate, which boasts ocean and Miami skyline views.
The property, situated on a prestigious island with police guard, features superior construction, open spaces, high-end finishes, and 125 feet of waterfront space with a private dock and boat lift. Amenities include a basketball court, tennis court, and playground.
Butler made the move after selling his previous South Florida home for $8.3 million earlier this year. He's no stranger to high-end real estate, owning a luxurious estate in San Diego and recently opening a coffee shop in Miami through his company Bigface.
The Hibiscus Island mansion Butler is renting was built in 2001 and is currently on the market for $30 million. The landlord, Miami parking mogul Andrew Mirmelli, purchased the property for $21 million in 2021. Despite his luxurious digs, reports suggest Butler might be eyeing a move west, with the Phoenix Suns reportedly among his potential trade destinations.
