outh Florida real estate firms are expanding their leadership teams. JLL has appointed Dan McGowan as its South Florida market lead, following the retirement of Rod Barnes in December. McGowan brings 17 years of experience to the role and will be based in Miami.
Newmark has also promoted Ran Holman to oversee business management across several southeastern states, including Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Holman was previously the firm's Texas market leader and has worked with Newmark for four years.
In Fort Lauderdale, construction management firm Moss & Associates has promoted Steve Hope as its chief financial officer. Hope joins from Keller, a London-based construction firm, where he served as CFO. He also spent 14 years at Nissan in executive roles.
Stream Realty Partners has hired Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda to grow its South Florida presence. Both will serve as managing director and executive vice president and be based in Miami. They join from Newmark, where they worked for nine years, focusing on landlord representation, land sales, and investment strategies.
