LL has bolstered its office tenant representation team in Tampa with the hiring of Bill Reeves as managing director and Doug Waechter as senior associate. Both bring extensive experience to their new roles, with Reeves boasting over 25 years of expertise and handling more than 700 transactions totaling over 3 million square feet. He previously held leadership positions at Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, representing notable clients such as Morgan Stanley and General Electric.

    Waechter, a St. Petersburg native and former Tampa Bay Rays pitcher, joins JLL after working in luxury residential real estate and commercial brokerage. He is also an active member of local community organizations, including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The duo's combined national perspective and deep local market knowledge will strengthen JLL's presence in Tampa.

    Their previous collaboration at Colliers has given them a unique understanding of the market, making them a valuable asset to JLL's office tenant representation team.
