outh Florida real estate firms continue to strengthen their leadership with key hires. Iker Belauste has rejoined JLL as a vice president in its Miami office after previously working at CBRE as a senior associate from 2023. In his new role, he will focus on representing office tenants in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

    Bass Law has welcomed former Judge Jennifer D. Bailey to Coral Gables, where she will continue her work on complex business cases, private judging, and dispute resolution. Bailey retired from the bench after 31 years, having spent most of her career with the Civil Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

    Bozzuto, a multifamily developer based in Greenbelt, Maryland, has promoted Keri Walker Pfeifer to managing director of operations. With over a decade at Bozzuto, including overseeing its expansion into South Florida in 2017, Walker Pfeifer will now oversee all Northeast and Southeast markets in her new role.
