former ranch house once adjacent to Kim Kardashian's $60 million estate has been transformed into a stunning equestrian estate, dubbed "Three Planes." The 11,500-square-foot property is now on the market for $16.99 million, offering a unique blend of luxury and spirituality.

    The estate was previously owned by Kanye West, who purchased it in 2021 for $4.5 million with plans to stay close to his children. However, he never moved in and sold the property two years later at a loss. Developer H2 Development then acquired the land and teamed up with Los Angeles designer Jae Omar to create a luxurious homage to the area's indigenous roots.

    Inspired by the cosmology of the Chumash people, the estate is designed as a "living myth" rooted in their three sacred realms: sky, earth, and underworld. The 1-acre property features a resort-style pool, spa, firepit, alfresco kitchen, yoga deck, and detached horse stable.

    Inside, the estate boasts soaring beamed ceilings, white oak floors, sandstone walls, and earth-toned plaster finishes. The five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home includes a wellness wing, media room, wine cellar, and bespoke kitchen. The primary suite features a sculptural soaking tub, steam shower, and sauna.

    Omar's design aims to evoke the Chumash people's cosmological framework, with every material, line, and shadow chosen to honor their belief in transformation and transcendence. "I wanted to create a space where you could feel all three realms at once," Omar said. The estate is being marketed by Veronika Khomyn of The Agency and is expected to officially hit the market later this month.

    For Omar, "Three Planes" is part of a broader creative push to redefine what it means to live well within the Hidden Hills community. His goal is to curate homes that hold a soul, a story, and a spirit, reflecting the extraordinary community.
