K
eke Palmer, actress, singer, and author, is selling her Brooklyn penthouse for $2.99 million as she prepares to release her new book, "Master of Me: The Secret to Controlling Your Narrative," on November 19. This comes after she spoke out about an allegedly racist remark made by a co-star on the set of "Scream Queens" and discussed her "unhealthy" relationship with ex-partner Darius Jackson.
Palmer, who has 14 million social media followers and is featured on the cover of People magazine, primarily resides in LA. She shares custody of her 1-year-old son, Leo, with Jackson, whom she bought this Williamsburg home from in 2020 for $2.35 million.
The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom penthouse spans 1,482 square feet and boasts 680 square feet of outdoor space across two terraces. The residence features an open chef's kitchen, wide-plank oak floors, and spa-like bathrooms, all designed by Paris Forino. Built in 2019, the nine-story luxury building offers amenities such as a gym, rooftop terrace, landscaped garden, double-height attended lobby, penthouse lounge, children's playroom, bike room, parking, and cold storage.
Monica Novo of Douglas Elliman is listing the property, having also represented Palmer when she purchased it.
