etreat West Hills Apartments on Lakebrook Blvd. sold to Knoxville 2025 One Partners LLC for $39 million, the largest transfer recorded this week.

    During the week of Oct 20‑24, 2025, Knox County’s property ledger grew by 1,294 entries. Trust‑deed loans totaled 335 transactions worth $163.36 million, with nine exceeding $1 million. The biggest loan, $32.64 million, came from First Bank and Trust Company; Walker and Dunlop LLC provided the second‑largest at $29.25 million.

    Warranty deeds for property sales numbered 204, amounting to $138.5 million, and 13 sales surpassed $1 million. Among them were four commercial properties over $1 million, including storage units on Asheville Highway. Knox Spring Storage TN LLC bought the site in 2023 and recently sold the buildings at 6626 Asheville Highway to PS Southeast One LLC for $9 million.

    D.R. Horton is expanding two Knox County neighborhoods. In Reserve at Three Ridges on Millertown Pike, Homestead Land Holdings LLC sold 28 lots for $1.91 million. In Isabel Estates on Brackett Road off East Emory Road, Eagle Bend Development LLC sold 24 lots for $1.63 million.

    Interfaith Health Clinic Inc. sold three parcels at the corner of North Broadway and Gill—two clinic buildings and a pizza‑restaurant lease—to D’Andrea Group LLC for $1.5 million (properties at 315 Gill, 900 N. Broadway, and 904 N. Broadway).
