eibovitch is the president and owner of Rodeo Realty Inc., a Beverly Hills-based residential real estate brokerage he founded in 1986 at just 25 years old. Initially called Paramount Properties, it was born out of his part-time real estate work while studying law at UCLA. After quickly finding success, Leibovitch abandoned his law school plans and went on to work for other brokerages before launching Rodeo Realty.

    Today, the company is one of California's largest independent residential brokerages, boasting 12 offices, over 1,200 agents, and approximately 5,000 transactions annually.
