Schwimmer's tenure at Rexford dates back to its predecessor business, where he was co-founder and senior managing partner from December 2001. Prior to joining Rexford, he worked at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, a prominent California industrial brokerage company, holding various positions including manager, executive vice president, and broker of record.
