s President and Chief Executive of The Ratkovich Co., a downtown-based real estate development company, Saenger oversees the firm's urban landfill and historic rehabilitation properties. He took over as leader in 2021 from founder Wayne Ratkovich, having spent 10 years with the company in various roles, including vice president of acquisitions and general counsel. Notably, Saenger played key roles in TRC's acquisition of The Bloc and its negotiation of a 66-year ground lease for West Harbor, a $150 million transformation project in San Pedro. He also serves on the board of directors for the Los Angeles County Business Federation.
