onathan Landau's Landau Properties has partnered with One Sotheby's International Realty to handle sales for the Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club in Bay Harbor Islands. The eight-story, nine-unit project is partly presold and closings are expected to begin in fall 2024. Following allegations against Tal and Oren Alexander, who previously led sales, Landau Properties has brought in Steve Snider, Vanessa Frank, and David Pullman to lead the sales effort.
CenterPoint Properties has hired Jonathan Guffey as vice president of leasing for its East region, based in Fort Lauderdale. Guffey joins from Prologis, where he was a vice president and leasing officer for five years. He will focus on South Florida, New York, New Jersey, and other markets.
Walker & Dunlop has appointed Christina Searles as director of investment sales in South Florida. She previously worked at CBRE as a broker for two years. Longtime Cervera Real Estate agent Juan Carlos Tobon has joined PMG Residential after 19 years with the firm.
Douglas Elliman's Eklund-Gomes team has welcomed Katya Demina, who co-founded PROFILEmiami and was a development associate with Royal Palm Companies for four years. Cameron Roth has also joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Boca Raton from Balistreri Realty, bringing over $50 million in career sales to the firm.
