This site, formerly a manufactured gas plant, posed significant environmental challenges that Hilvert has navigated with her expertise. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, land use, and environmental law, she has driven impactful results since joining the company in 2020.

    Hilvert will receive the Outstanding Women of 2025 award at the annual Women of the Year awards gala on March 12, 2025. She oversees BioMed Realty's ESG programs, championing innovation, health, wellness, and inclusivity in the communities they serve. Under her leadership, the company achieved Real Estate Sector Leader status for Technology/Science through the GRESB Real Estate Assessment.
