Developed in partnership between Lee Kennedy Company, the Esplanade Association, and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, this transformative project aims to revitalize a previously closed-off area.
The newly imagined Charlesbank will be an inclusive and sustainable urban hub, catering to diverse populations seeking recreation or respite. The campus will seamlessly blend natural beauty with modern amenities, featuring a unique hybrid construction method combining mass timber and steel.
