arket Momentum in Lehi: A January 2025 Update
Compared to last year, the Lehi real estate scene has shown a slight dip in activity. In January 2025, 68 homes were sold, down from 71 in 2024. The average home price also took a step back, reaching $614,407 compared to $625,811 in 2024.
Key statistics reveal:
* Median home prices hovered around $525,000
* Homes spent an average of 47 days on the market before selling
* Average square footage came in at 2,803 sq. ft.
* The price per square foot averaged $226.80
Notable sales included a luxurious property priced at $1,533,726, boasting 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and an impressive 4,923 sq. ft. of living space on nearly a third of an acre.
On the other end of the spectrum, a condo sold for $347,900 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in just over 1,272 sq. ft.
Currently, there are 172 existing homes and 74 new construction listings available in Lehi. A total of 46 properties have crossed the $1 million mark, indicating a strong demand for high-end properties.
