Liam Payne's £3m English estate put on market just weeks before his passing

Payne, 31, lived in £4.1m Chalfont St Giles mansion near ex Cheryl Tweedy and son Bear.

L
iam Payne, a former member of One Direction, had put his $4.1 million mansion up for sale just a month before his untimely death in October.

The singer, who was 31 years old, had been living in the six-acre estate in Chalfont St Giles, Bucks since November 2021 to be close to his ex-partner Cheryl Tweedy and their son Bear. The property boasts an impressive array of features, including a swimming pool, separate annex, and stable.

Payne's funeral was attended by his former One Direction bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson in Amersham on November 20. Prior to his death, Payne had been living with girlfriend Kate Cassidy in a $9,500-a-month rental home in South Florida.

The detached property has now been removed from the Rightmove site after being listed in September 2024. Chalfont St Giles is a village famous for its connection to poet Milton's only surviving home. Residents described Payne as 'very private' during his time in the Bucks village, where flowers were left outside his home following news of his passing.

One of Payne's final social media posts shows him playing with his pet dog at the Chalfont St Giles property before his death on October 16.
