This 80-story tower, set to debut in 2028, boasts a sleek glass design and will house 397 residences, ranging from one-to-four bedrooms, starting at $1.7 million. The Canaletto Collection, comprising six penthouses and 68 high-end units on the top 18 floors, offers breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

    Residents can look forward to a range of upscale amenities, including a private restaurant, catering services, a speakeasy, resort deck with two pools, spa, screening room, gym, library, and pickleball court. Interiors will be designed by 1508 London in a modern, organic style, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors, high-end appliances, and curved terraces.
