hree months after a co‑op board rejected her bid to buy Babe Ruth’s former Upper West Side apartment, 23‑year‑old influencer Olivia “Livvy” Dunne has secured a new downtown home. The former LSU gymnast and TikTok star now calls the West Village home, having purchased a 1‑bedroom, 2‑bath condo at 345 W. 14th St. for $1.95 million.

    The modern building, completed in 2014, offers more than 1,100 sq ft of contemporary design. High ceilings, custom millwork, and a chef‑grade kitchen featuring a Wolfe range, Sub‑Zero refrigerator, and granite countertops define the space. The primary suite includes two walk‑in closets and a spa‑style bathroom finished in Spanish travertine. Residents also enjoy a landscaped roof deck, on‑site fitness center, and full‑time staff.

    Dunne’s previous attempt to purchase the historic 1915 co‑op—where Babe Ruth lived with his wife Claire and daughter Julia—was rejected after the building’s residents voted against her. The seller’s agent expressed surprise and disappointment at the decision. “It isn’t Babe Ruth’s apartment but it’ll do,” Dunne said when she began searching for a new place, after informing her eight‑million‑strong TikTok following that she had been blocked.

    The listing was handled by McKenzie Ryan of Douglas Elliman, who, along with Dunne, declined to comment further.

    With her new West Village condo, Livvy has moved from a high‑profile, historically significant hunt to a sleek, modern living space that reflects her personal style and social media presence.
