    A 1,799 SF house on Hazel Circle in Magnolia sold for $179,900 on April 18. Garrett Wayne Walker and Bailey Jean Walker financed their purchase with a mortgage from Farmers Bank and Trust Company of Magnolia. Jennifer Austin purchased the home in 2010 for $97,000.

    A 1,719 SF house on Asbury Drive in Magnolia sold for $250,000 on April 22. Max Story and Debbie Story bought it from Neca Stevens Pharr and Tommy Randall Stevens (successor co-trustees of their irrevocable trust). No mortgage information was available.
