    A Knoxville native, Will earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Tennessee in 1993. His journey in real estate began early, as he worked for his mother's listings while still a teenager. After joining Wallace Real Estate in 2010, Will built a strong reputation for client dedication and market expertise. He transitioned to leadership as principal broker in 2020.
