elly Spayd of Keller Williams Platinum Realty in Spring Township took home three awards at the Keller Williams Greater PA Regional Awards Gala 2025 on April 10. The ceremony was held at Presidential Caterers Wedding and Event Venue in Norristown.

    Spayd received top honors from the Keller Williams Greater PA Region, which comprises over 10,000 agents, for:

    * No. 2 Individual Gross Commission Income

    * No. 4 Individual Closed Volume

    * No. 6 Individual Closed Units

    Locally, Spayd won two awards from Keller Williams Platinum Realty:

    * 2024 Top Agent Award Units Sold

    * 2024 Top Agent Gross Commission Income

    In 2024, Spayd closed 86 units for a total volume of $33,245,000 and is currently leading Berks County in sales for 2025.
