Long Island Commercial Real Estate Sees New HQs, Relocations

Long Island commercial real estate deals feature HQ leases, company relocations and notable property sales.

fco Industrial LLC, an affiliate of Queens-based Cosco Soap & Detergent Company, acquired the 8,094-square-foot building at 3295 Royal Ave. in Oceanside for $2.1 million. The property had been owned by Tafuri Tile & Marble and will continue to be used as its retail showroom after a leaseback agreement was reached. Cosco Soap is a private label manufacturer with a flagship product, Tincture of Green Soap.

    Nycon Diamond & Tool Corp. leased 3,000 square feet at 856 Johnson Ave. in Ronkonkoma, expanding from nearby space on Pond Road. The company specializes in concrete cutting equipment and construction-related products.

    Dirty Taco & Tequilla Corp. leased a 3,000-square-foot office building at 5440 Merrick Road in Massapequa to serve as its new headquarters.

    Micky & Milli House LLC leased an 8,000-square-foot industrial building at 111 Madison Ave. in Hempstead from New York City, relocating to Long Island.
