New Era Unfolds for Louisiana's Commercial Real Estate Scene
Rampart/Wurth Holding Company, Inc. has taken a significant leap forward in its mission to dominate the Gulf South commercial real estate market with the acquisition of NAI Latter & Blum, the commercial brokerage division of Latter & Blum | Compass Real Estate. This strategic move marks a return to local ownership for the acquired entity and catapults Rampart/Wurth Holding into the position of Louisiana's largest full-service commercial real estate management and services firm.
With over 10,000 multifamily units, 1,000 single-family units, and 20 million square feet of commercial assets under its belt, Rampart/Wurth Holding is poised to integrate NAI Latter & Blum's impressive portfolio of more than 1,200 commercial listings into its existing operations. The acquisition comes on the heels of Compass' purchase of Latter & Blum just last year.
"This acquisition represents a major milestone in our journey to deliver unparalleled commercial real estate services across the Gulf South and beyond," said Joseph Pappalardo, Sr., CEO of Rampart/Wurth Holding. "By combining the expertise of this market-leading commercial sales and leasing team with our existing property management operations, we're creating a powerhouse that can cater to a diverse range of client needs."
As NAI Latter & Blum transitions into its new identity under Rampart/Wurth Holding, it brings over 100 years of experience in representing some of the most significant commercial, multifamily, and industrial properties and deals in Louisiana. The acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on both the commercial team and residential agents at Latter & Blum | Compass, who will now be aligned with organizations that can best meet their evolving needs.
"This transition marks an exciting new chapter for our commercial team and residential agents," said Lacey Conway, Regional Vice President and head of Latter & Blum | Compass. "We're confident that this alignment will enable us to provide our clients with the innovative tools and industry-leading support they need to succeed in today's rapidly changing real estate landscape."
