oyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business and Management has named P. David Bramble, co-founder and managing partner of MCB Real Estate, the 2025 Business Leader of the Year. This prestigious award recognizes business executives who embody Loyola's Jesuit commitment to community and service in their leadership.
Bramble will be honored at Loyola's annual Business Leader of the Year event on November 4 at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore. He is being recognized for his visionary approach to real estate development, which has transformed not just neighborhoods but also the lives of those who live, work, and visit them.
As a seasoned real estate investment expert with over 20 years of experience, Bramble leads MCB Real Estate, a dynamic firm that manages $3 billion in assets and owns, manages, or operates more than 17 million square feet of commercial space nationwide. Under his leadership, MCB is driving transformative regional developments such as Viva White Oak, Reservoir Square, and Harborplace.
Loyola President Terrence M. Sawyer praised Bramble's passion for promoting healthy growth in the city of Baltimore, saying that his creative and strategic work reflects not just his expertise but also his concern for strengthening a community he knows and cares about deeply.
Bramble has received numerous awards and accolades throughout his career, including being named one of Maryland's 100 Most Influential Leaders by The Daily Record. He serves on several boards, including Lendistry, the Robert W. Deutsch Foundation, and Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital.
