eal estate bigwigs flocked to Daniel Boulud's new steakhouse, La Tete d'Or, at One Madison on Thursday. The guest list read like a Who's Who of the industry, with Aby Rosen, Joseph Moinian, and Ian Schrager rubbing shoulders with culinary stars Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Jonathan Cheban.

    Guests indulged in lavish Wagyu beef and salmon caviar blinis as they mingled. Marc Holliday, CEO of One Madison developer SL Green, praised the Rockwell-designed eatery, calling it "a cathedral to carnivorism." He noted that while his company focuses on real estate deals, projects like La Tete d'Or bring them joy.
