elebrity developers Amanda Leigh and Taylor Hahn of House of Rolison are selling a 1940s Spanish villa in Hollywood's coveted Bird Streets neighborhood for $5.65 million. The historic home was built in 1946 and has been reimagined with a contemporary style while maintaining its mid-20th-century roots through the use of natural materials like stone, white oak, and viola marble.

    The 3,855-square-foot residence features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, including a main bedroom suite with a private balcony overlooking a water fountain. The home's interior boasts a wood-paneled entry, a chef's kitchen with a built-in breakfast nook, and a living room with a skylight and gas fireplace.
