ead Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: LRE) has announced the opening of its new extended-stay apartment hotel, ENT TERRACE GINZA Premium, in Tokyo's prestigious Ginza district on December 16, 2024. Strategically located near Higashi-Ginza Station and adjacent to the Kabuki-za Theater, this luxury property features six rooms with one unit per floor, each equipped with an in-room kitchen, washing machine, and dryer.

    The hotel is part of LRE's PREMIUM series, targeting medium to long-term stays for foreign travelers and families. This launch comes amid Japan's strong tourism recovery, with a 54.6% increase in foreign visitors from January to September 2024, reaching 26.87 million.

    ENT TERRACE GINZA Premium is designed to cater to the growing demand for mid- to long-term stays, offering guests a safe and luxurious space with all the amenities they need. The hotel's premium positioning and location make it an attractive option for high-end travelers, capitalizing on Japan's robust tourism recovery.

    The ENT TERRACE series, based on the concept of "family-style vacations," offers apartment hotels with kitchens to meet the needs of foreign travelers and groups such as families for medium- to long-term stays. Ginza has been one of the top three most popular destinations for foreign visitors to Tokyo since 2013, making it an ideal location for this new hotel.

    Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd is a Japanese developer of luxury residential properties, including single-family homes and condominiums, across Tokyo, Kanagawa prefecture, and Sapporo. The company operates hotels in Tokyo and leases apartment building units to individual customers in Japan and Dallas, Texas.

    The opening of ENT TERRACE GINZA Premium marks the third property in LRE's PREMIUM series and the first of its kind in Tokyo. With plans for expansion, this launch serves as a proof of concept for LRE's luxury hospitality sector, potentially creating a meaningful new revenue stream.
