oll Brothers Apartment Living, the rental arm of Toll Brothers Inc., has unveiled The Lindley, a 37-story high-rise apartment community in San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood. This luxury development offers 362 apartment homes and penthouse residences, featuring premium finishes, upscale amenities, and breathtaking views of San Diego Bay and the downtown skyline.
The Lindley was financed by BNY Mellon and Wells Fargo, with construction beginning in 2022 and welcoming its first residents in November 2024. The community's grand opening event took place on March 13, 2025, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception for current and future residents.
