ome sales in Brookfield have been strong this year, with prices increasing by nearly $24,000 compared to 2023, according to the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. In the first nine months of the year, 400 homes sold for an average price of $540,029, a $23,901 increase from last year.

A $745,000 condo with a library and backyard garden in Fox Hollow featured high-end wood finishes, including custom-built cabinets and hardwood floors. A two-sided fireplace divided the living room from the adjacent library.
A $820,000 house in Still Point had vaulted ceilings and a downstairs rec room. The great room boasted a stone fireplace, and the home previously sold for $530,000 in 2019.
A walk-out ranch in Weston Hills sold for $884,000 on November 7. It featured quartz countertops, an ironwood deck, and a screened gazebo out back. The lower level included an extra bedroom, exercise room, second fireplace, wine room, and wet bar.
