In Bernardsville, the same address, 5 Charlotte Hill Drive, changed hands on May 30 for $2,462,500, also courtesy of Keller Williams Towne Square Realty.

    In Monroe, a property at 24 N Disbrow Hill Road was sold for $1.75 million on May 30 by Mid-State Realty. Meanwhile, in Westfield, a home at 220 E Dudley Ave. was purchased for $3,646,750 on May 5 through Coldwell Banker Realty.
