lobal Holdings is breathing new life into its Art Deco-style building at 99 Park Ave. and East 40th Street with a $30 million investment, set to be completed in early 2026. The renovation will introduce an upscale lobby and a range of amenities designed to enhance the tenant experience.
These upgrades include an exclusive speakeasy, entertainment lounge, bowling alley, and golf simulator – all part of Global Holdings' strategy to create modern office spaces that foster innovation and collaboration. The firm's senior VP, Craig Panzirer, notes that this transformative capital improvement program is already attracting leading companies seeking cutting-edge workspaces.
Recent transactions at 99 Park Ave. include a significant renewal and expansion by Metropolitan Commercial Bank, which has increased its presence to nearly 82,000 square feet. Approximately 180,000 square feet of offices remain available at the property, which spans 600,000 square feet. According to JLL's Paul Glickman, Global Holdings is drawing on its hospitality expertise to create an environment where companies can streamline operations and keep their workforce engaged through innovative amenities.
