lasshouse Luxury aims to become the leading luxury real estate brokerage in the tristate area. As a business line of Glasshouse Realty Group, a full-service brokerage with 10 offices across Ohio, Glasshouse Luxury will cater to high-end residential transactions. The launch coincides with the closing of a $2.2 million property sale in Washington Township and expands the company's presence in Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus.
Properties valued at $500,000 or more accounted for 5.4% of Glasshouse Realty Group's transactions in 2024. Kunal Patel, broker/co-owner, predicts that top-producing agents will focus on luxury clients in 2025 and beyond. "Our culture and caliber of agents drive growth," said Patel. "Glasshouse Luxury delivers exceptional service and tailored marketing for discerning clients."
To showcase luxury listings, Glasshouse Luxury will utilize Zillow Showcase, an AI-powered platform reserved for the top 10% of listings. This premium marketing capability provides prioritized exposure in search results and interactive visuals that attract more views, saves, and shares.
Glasshouse Realty Group's expansion into the luxury market is well-positioned due to its extensive connections within the regional business community. "Our relationships with local Chamber of Commerce divisions give us insight into the business landscape that motivates high-earning clients," said Patel. Glasshouse Luxury agents will provide concierge-level service, presenting properties in an exquisite fashion for discerning buyers.
Glasshouse Realty Group finished 2024 with a 95% increase in year-over-year sales volume and a 57% increase in agent count. Its entry into the luxury market is expected to drive further growth by year-end.
