9. A detached house at 6344 E. Hill Road in Stockbridge sold for $90,000, built in 1949 and having a living area of 1,386 square feet.
8. A manufactured home at 2458 Johnnycake Hill Road in Madison sold for $95,000 after being built in 1968 with a living area of 720 square feet.
7. A single-family house at 105 Third Street in Canastota sold for $190,000, built in 1953 and having a living area of 1,008 square feet.
6. A single-family residence at 4821 Forest Ave. in Lincoln sold for $195,000 after being built in 1988 with a living area of 1,768 square feet.
5. A single-family home at 407 High Street in Canastota sold for $242,000, built in 1951 and having a living area of 1,578 square feet.
4. A single-family house at 67 Madison Street in Hamilton sold for $295,000 after being built in 1950 with a living area of 1,977 square feet.
