Manhattan Heir's Inheritance at Risk Amid Family Feud Over Will Dispute

Now Vostrikova seeks dismissal of charges related to Allan's death, citing Russian authorities' clearance of wrongdoing.

A
Manhattan real estate heir's inheritance could be at risk due to allegations he lied about his father's caretaker, Natalia Vostrikova, in an attempt to cut her out of the will. Vostrikova claims Steven Gurney-Goldman made false accusations that she neglected Allan Goldman, who died alone in Russia in January 2022 at age 78.

Gurney-Goldman had alleged that Vostrikova left his father alone in a Moscow hotel while living a luxurious lifestyle on his dime. He claimed she was trying to hasten his death and collect her $2 million inheritance sooner. However, Vostrikova's lawyer says Russian authorities cleared her of any wrongdoing.

The dispute centers around Allan Goldman's vast fortune, estimated at over $250 million, including a 25% stake in the Solil Management company worth an estimated $12 billion. Gurney-Goldman is fighting to uphold his father's will and bring a wrongful death action against Vostrikova, whom he alleges was responsible for his father's untimely death.

Vostrikova wants the case dismissed, arguing that Gurney-Goldman must face consequences for making false accusations. Her lawyer claims she and Allan Goldman were in love and cared for each other, contradicting Gurney-Goldman's allegations of neglect.
