Marcella Raneri Buys NYC Billionaires' Row Mansion for $36.5M

Former Dallas Mavericks dancer and her tech mogul fiancé buy luxury homes.

M
arcella Raneri, the former Dallas Mavericks dancer and choreographer, has made a stunning purchase on Manhattan's Billionaires' Row. The "Dancing Queen" star, along with her tech mogul fiancé Daniel Nutkis, closed on a $36.5 million home at 220 Central Park South just months after buying a $40 million Miami Beach mansion.

The couple's New York City residence is an off-market, all-cash deal that was finalized within three months of seeing the property. The limestone tower boasts a private Jean-Georges restaurant and is a hub for the city's elite. Raneri expressed her excitement about living in the Big Apple, citing its rich culture, arts scene, and fine dining options.

The 3,043-square-foot apartment on the 44th floor features three bedrooms, 3½ baths, and breathtaking views of Central Park. Although it's currently empty, sources say the couple is eager to add their personal touch to the space. Raneri and Nutkis will maintain Dallas as their primary base but are thrilled to have a Manhattan home.

The Billionaires' Row tower, designed by Robert A.M. Stern, is a coveted address that attracts billionaires like Ken Griffin and celebrities such as Sting. According to a friend, Raneri and Nutkis weren't actively searching for a Manhattan home but fell in love with the building's location, views, amenities, and services.

Raneri emphasized their desire to be part of the city's vibrant dance community, which she believes is world-class. Despite New York City's challenges over the years, Raneri remains optimistic about its future, stating that it will continue to thrive as a great city with exceptional buildings like 220 Central Park South.
