Marcella Raneri Drops $40M on Miami Beach Mansion, Eyes Multi-Million Dollar Makeover

Dallas Mavericks dancer Marcella Raneri and fiancé Daniel Nutkis buy 9,442-square-foot home.

M
arcella Raneri, a former Dallas Mavericks dancer and choreographer known for her work on Netflix's "Dancing Queen" and "So You Think You Can Dance," has made a splash with her fiancé Daniel Nutkis by purchasing a stunning modern Miami Beach mansion for $40 million.

The couple, who recently celebrated their engagement in style with a lavish party in Dallas, have chosen a two-story waterfront estate on exclusive North Bay Road. The property, designed by architect Ralph Choeff of Choeff Levy Fischman, boasts six bedrooms plus a seventh bedroom in a guest house and offers breathtaking bay and city skyline views.

The 9,442-square-foot residence features three structures, including a main house with a show kitchen and prep kitchen, as well as a walk-in freezer. The property also includes a full guest house, a gym by the pool, and a sauna, shower, and cold plunge. Even the sleek home office comes with a view.

Raneri and Nutkis have hired Troy Dean Home to bring their vision for the property to life, and they're planning a major $7 million to $8 million customization. The home was built in 2021 and previously sold for $23.65 million. Its sale is a strong indicator of Miami Beach's ultra-luxury market, where quality inventory is increasingly scarce.

The couple's wedding is slated for next February, and their new home promises to be the perfect setting for their special day. With its stunning views, luxurious amenities, and prime location on North Bay Road, this modern mansion is sure to make a lasting impression.
