ary Tyler Moore's Connecticut estate remains unsold after a price reduction last summer. The Georgian Colonial mansion, listed with Sotheby's International Realty, now asks $16.9 million, down from its original $21.9 million in September 2022. The property has undergone significant expansions and renovations under the ownership of Moore and her husband, Dr. Robert Levine.

The 13,800-square-foot home boasts five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and a spacious living room with Venetian plaster, fireplace, and bay window offering countryside views. A formal dining room features a fireplace and bay window, while the primary suite spans 2,000 square feet with dual baths, dressing rooms, and generous closets.

A large glass conservatory serves as Moore's "serenity room" and "special place," providing ample natural light through its large windows. The property's grounds are equally impressive, featuring a 65-foot pool, scenic drive following a meandering stream to Oakley Pond, and borders on five acres of conservation land.

The couple purchased the estate in 2006 for $10 million. Dr. Levine stated that he decided to sell the property as it held too many memories of his late wife. Joseph Barbieri of Sotheby's International Realty expressed confidence in selling the property soon due to serious interest at its current price, despite potential mortgage rate fluctuations.

Mary Tyler Moore's historic Greenwich estate remains unsold at $16.9 million price tag.
