    According to Adeline Matton, a local real estate agent, "Beverly is a great city to live in" due to its natural beauty and amenities. The area has seen nearly five times more listing views than the national average, indicating high demand from home buyers.

    Ten other New England communities made the list, with Massachusetts towns Leominster and Wilbraham ranking third and 13th respectively. The Northeast and Midwest dominated this year's list, which was compiled based on market demand between January and June as measured by unique viewers per property on Realtor.com.
